About Us

WOW development group is a family-run business with a single goal: We want to make our tenants happy in every way possible. Although we have owned rental properties for many years, we formed a new company to better coordinate our business efforts and serve our client needs as well.

Our list of rentals is extensive — at the present time, we have a total of 144 apartments in buildings ranging from six to 30 units, in desirable Chicago neighborhoods. Our modus operandi is to select fine, older buildings in need of cosmetic updating. Our team performs all necessary renovation, and focuses on providing family-oriented comforts rather than glitz. Because we own the buildings, we are diligent about assuring that ongoing repairs and maintenance duties are completed as needed. Our staff is always available to address tenant concerns.

We believe that the way to impress our renters and assure our continued success is to always be client-oriented. It is our goal to make our tenants feel like they’re part of our extended family!
